Commercial Roof Replacement

Commercial Roof Replacement

Alliant Roofing Company is one of the most experienced commercial roofing contractors in its service area. Our commercial roof replacement services are unmatched for reliability and workmanship. We use only the top quality single-ply roofing and metal roofing systems for commercial roof installation, recover, replacement, and reroofing.

When routine maintenance and repairs are unable to keep your roof watertight, a commercial reroof is the best way to get your roof back to excellent condition.

Single-Ply Membrane Roofing Systems

Single-ply roofing systems typically appear on commercial flat roofs. Roofing materials include thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) and ketone ethylene ester (KEE).

TPO Single Ply Membrane Roofing Systems (Manufacturer warranted)

TPO membrane roofing is the most prominent type of commercial flat roofing system. A 60 mil, single-ply, TPO membrane roofing system is the recommended replacement for hot tar, hot mop, built-up roofing (BUR) and torch down commercial roofs. Learn more about fiberglass-reinforced TPO in our Buyer’s Guide for building owners, managers, public works administrators and architects.

PVC Membrane Roofing Systems

PVC’s installation process is similar to TPO, although, PVC roofing holds up better to chemical abuse than does TPO on low-slope roofs.

EPDM Membrane Roofing Systems (Rubber Roofing)

The popularity of EPDM for new construction has declined with the rise of TPO and PVC roofs. We still encounter it on public works and EPDM rubber roof recover projects.

KEE Membrane Roofing Systems

FiberTite® sets the performance standard with its use of Elvaloy® KEE in commercial and industrial roofing membranes. KEE is a solid, flexible, durable ingredient ideal in the manufacture of high-quality, long-lasting single-ply roofing. A recent KEE roofing project and our FiberTite Roofing Approved Applicator announcement are:

Existing Roof Recover, Replacement (Commercial ReRoof), And Demolition

Recovering your roof often is the best option, because it leaves the existing roof in place, saving time and money. When your roof must be replaced, Alliant Roofing has the experience and expertise to do the job right.

Insurance Work

Alliant Roofing Company works with local emergency response crews, typically Servpro® and ServiceMaster®, when same-day response is necessary. Insurance claims adjustors join with ARC and business owners in this process.
