Alliant Roofing Company’s goal for 2023 is to streamline the process of accessing our Roof Asset Management (RAM) System, empowering customers to schedule service online. We are making it easy for our commercial customers to get the semi-annual roof inspections and maintenance that are the core of roof management.

There really is a void in roof management regionally and nationally because maintenance is not a big money-maker for roofing companies. That is where Alliant Roofing’s experience and adaptability excel to fill the void in the market. Commercial roofing and materials are always changing, but that does not change our focus on giving customers what they need at a fair price.

Expanding Service Area

Every microclimate is different, but standard operating procedures are the same. Alliant is focused on the commercial market for roof maintenance, service, and roof replacement. We have successfully implemented RAM in other markets and are now expanding our services to business clients in the Yakima-Tri-Cities Metropolitan Area.

I read that you work 25 years to become an overnight success. The roof service and maintenance niche is something that we have been working towards for a long time. Our processes are well developed, and we can make changes when the time is right. We are competitive but want to improve more than Alliant. We want to improve the commercial roofing industry and have a positive impact on customers’ livelihoods.

During the COVID pandemic, momentum in our industry shifted away from new roof installation. Cost-conscious businesses switched to doing maintenance and repair on their roofs instead of investing in large capital projects. Alliant Roofing Company already made that shift, developed new processes, and started to roll out services to a larger audience.
